Sony may not be done with Days Gone and the IP may still viable🚀

✅Days Gone movie was reported to be in the works as of August 2022, with Sam Heughan (Outlander) is circling the project

✅Sony is yet to confirm the Days Gone movie officially

✅Bend Studio’s next project is a new single player open world IP, with a multiplayer mode

✅By late 2020, Days Gone director Jeff Ross stated that the game had sold over 8 million copies

✅Given the massive impact of film/show adaptations on gaming IPs like The Last of Us, The Witcher, Cyberpunk Edgerunners and Uncharted, it is quite likely that Sony may not be done with Days Gone IP just yet, and the cancellation of Days Gone 2 might merely be a rejection of the concept of the project rather than overlooking the IP forever
