@ReedFranklinOSU Yes! He just made a box out of tape on his board. For his APUSH class, he gives a quiz every day, so kids start to fish for answers, but the questions really allow students to pick his brain.

A3 continued: he first models questions that get to the DOK he would like to see. This is mostly utilized in his APUDH class. #sschat

A3: a technique I am stealing from my mentor teacher is a question box on the board. He uses this for students to ask any question they have from the previous night's reading. Students can ask up to 3 questions to start the discussion. #sschat
