@TonyBelvore @Faslam_aslam What a load of tosh, the fee isn't due until the deal is done and that's months away. Plus the fee is in cash. They have never announced any update on the conversion to shares.

@AlignResearch But there isn't any deal is there. All there is is the "principle of a Proposed Transaction" over 5 months ago but as the announcement says they only own 50% of the asset, what about the rest. No-one will touch this without 100% so disingenuous to imply there is a deal.
