Govt. should give an option to tax payer in LTCG on property:
1. Tax @20% after indexation or
2. Tax @12.5% w/o indexation, whichever beneficial to assessee.

And shift base year to an year where Valuation data is 100% available.

@3one4Capital @SiddarthMPai Another perspective could be that from now on, premium on shares will be taxed u/s 68 only (@78%) and no addition is now possible u/s 56(2)(viib) which dealt with this Angel Tax. Just an opinion.
