@IV_Musketeer He looks like he has an attachment, could be audio so he can hear the speaker. The neck wound is an exit wound. When the bullet exits the velocity makes his shirt fill up with air. From the look of the impact, he was hit on the top left of his head. War taught me well.

I had an amazing conversation with a Vietnam Veteran a few years ago. He told me he didn’t know about any help till the 90s. Once he found a group therapy environment, he began to feel better in life.
