I've been in DLRG for 15 years. I got lifeguard training there and did swimming classes for kids. I've played handball as a teenager, I still love watching matches.

Some quarz cristals I found at an old quarz mine near rössing mountain in namibia.
The rest we found nearby.
It's crystalized gas and it sparkles.
