Dear @crystalski changing my holiday so it will cost me €900 extra to use the same hotel facilities you sold me when I booked is unfair and unacceptable. You refuse to talk to me or refund my deposit. Let’s ask @ABTAtravel to adjudicate #crytstalskidontcare
@crystalski@ABTAtravel Hi Dorothy, my point being is they have done nothing, other than saying it’s not crystal’s fault. I was sold a holiday with certain facilities, you have changed that and requested extra money for the same service. Unacceptable. #crystalskidontcare
