@firedawg321 @Debbo3496361 I’m lucky my gym has a small pool & spa area, hot tub is great for my muscles. I get a lot of fatigue so I’ve had to drop the weight I can lift. Just do what I can when I’m there. I struggle with the limitations but at least we’re both persevering!

@firedawg321 @Debbo3496361 I’m going 2/3 times atm sometimes just for a swim if I have bad fatigue but moving & exercise does help. Well done on 690k. I enjoy weights more than cardio but try to do a few km when I’m there
