So the Romanian Federation is truly trying to have their cake and eat it too… they really went to CAS claiming Jordan’s inquiry was 4 seconds late leading to a redistribution of medals… just to go to SFT saying they should be able to file an inquiry WEEKS late? #makeitmakesense

The Romanian Gymnastics Federation and Sabrina Maneca Voinea have filed an appeal to the Swiss Federal Tribunal of the decision of the Court of Arbitration for Sport. Maneca Voinea was penalized one-tenth of a point for going out of bounds during the floor finals, but video showed that she actually did not step out.

What really pisses me off about the FIG and IOC announcements on this is that they provide no context. There is no acknowledgment of the fact that @gymnastics own errors caused this.
