A mother was pushing her kids in a stroller through a grocery store parking lot.

A 20-year-old who had NEVER possessed a driver’s license in any state slammed into them.

Her 9-month-old son is dead.
Mom and the 5-year-old are in the hospital.

The woman riding with her KNEW she had no license… and still let her drive.

Manslaughter charges.
A baby gone.

This is what happens when we stop enforcing the most basic rules.
