How do I get a refund for this £110, as customer services emails are shocking and don’t answer any concerns or emails, I’ve simply been replied to by automated emails - first email was over 2 weeks ago!

@askryanair as I’m not getting anything from customer services I’ll ask on Twitter - recently was supposed to board a flight from Manchester to Paris, got charged £55 per person (£110 total) to check-in. The check-in person did not check passport expiry at check-in desk.

We were then refused to board the plane, due to only having 2.5 months left on my wife’s passport. However, the lady at the gate told me that we should not have been allowed to check in, and should not have been charged the £55pp.

I've just had my order delivered - order number: 1110574581. The Hemnes day bed has been delivered with no number 2 package, but instead two number 3 and a number 1! We have been waiting for a month for the order to be delivered.
