@robertoblake “In reading the lives of great men, I found that the first victory they won was over themselves. Self-discipline with all of them came first.” —Harry Truman
@robertoblake I ordered iPhone 12 as the third lens didn’t warrant another $200. For those that upgrade to Pro, I’m pretty sure Max sales are higher (due to the larger screen). Stick with that to make your vid more relevant.
@Nichola58286979@robertoblake I’ve looked forward to every presidential debate since the first time I voted in 1996. This was unlike any other. Trump’s unfettered anger and grievance won’t win him any new voters. Optimism be damned. He clearly hates the job.
@iamallanvsteve@robertoblake I know calling the NYT “fake news” is something people say, but can you cite examples? Trump could refute their reporting by releasing his tax returns, something he’s promised to do over-and-over.
@yenceesanjeev I read Isaacson’s book years ago, but enjoyed another one much more: Insanely Simple by Ken Segall. It describes Jobs’ obsession with simplicity, which has always separated Apple from the pack. It will change your perspective on product design, development, and marketing.
@yenceesanjeev The purpose of certification is to attain a measurable achievement. Providing objective assessments does carry a cost, and I agree it’s not always an affordable one. What’s exciting to me is how people prep for exams in the way that best suits them (and there are so many).
@rob_england I’m embarrassed to say this, but here in America private businesses are the only ones driving social change (not our politicians). This is a bit dated, but you’ll find many other stories like it: https://t.co/QcXH7p4xBL
