It’s World Health Day, and we owe a profound debt of gratitude to all our medical professionals. They’re still giving their all for us every day, at great risk to themselves, and we can’t thank them enough for their bravery and their service.
As we hail a new decade, remember to stride toward your destiny instead of obsessing over your history. Ahead of us all sits a juncture for us to graciously embrace all of the new God will bring (Isaiah 43:18-19).

God sees what you can become. Stir up your dreams. Stir up what’s in your heart. God wouldn’t have put it there if He wasn’t going to bring it to pass.
Creating boundaries with people who are an enemy to your mental peace is crucial.
It doesn't matter if they're family. It doesn't matter if they're close friends. It doesn't matter if they go to your church.
It’s 100% possible to love people from a distance.
People must realize the importance of creating healthy boundaries to hinder certain people to continue abusing their relationship with them.
Being a Christian doesn’t mean you let people walk all over you, with your mental health being the payment.
Boundaries matter.
When you criticize yourself, you are criticizing God’s creation. You have enough people and circumstances against you; don’t be against yourself. When the negative comes up, do yourself a favor and delete it. Switch over to the right recording.
