It seems @ICICIBank is not worried if you lodge a complaint with the RBI. Their T&Cs are tricky & confusing. I feel the RBI’s focus on revenue generation leads to oversight failures. Check ICICI Bank RBI complaint user posts for the same.

Dear Team,Hope you are doing well today. I am unable to understand the delay in implementing the interest rate reduction.The RBI has recently reduced the repo rate by another 0.25%, making it a total reduction of 0.50% over two revisions.

The Feb 2025 repo rate cut was applied to my HL on Mar 1 after follow-ups, but the Apr cut to 6.00% is pending. HDFC & SBI HL rates are 8.10%, while mine is still 9.1% as of today. @Jack04684857 @ICICIBank_Care @ICICIBank @RBI I was asked to visit the branch & pay charges to reduce the rate, but when repo rates increased, @ICICIBank applied hikes immediately without visiting my house or paying charges. I filed with RBI Ombudsman; they closed it. I refiled, but I feel @RBI may be overlooking this. (2/4)
