@CrossCountryUK To my surprise today's 1503 return Birmingham-Banbury, again a very short train, again standing room only so not able to get to my seat, but the buffet is open, even though no one can actually get to it. What's the point @CrossCountryUK ?

@CrossCountryUK your 1258 service from Banbury-Birmingham, was the most packed dangerous train I've ever been on, just 4 carriages post bank holiday from Southampton-Manchester, total shambles & endangering passenger safety. I could not get to my booked seat, let alone sit in it
