After reviewing the transcript of the debate between Joe Biden and Donald Trump, I would not hire either candidate for a professional position based on their performance in the debate. Both candidates frequently made outlandish, absurd and even nonsensical statements that lacked substance and professionalism. They often talked over each other, failed to directly answer questions posed to them, and resorted to personal attacks and insults rather than focusing on policy issues. Neither candidate demonstrated the temperament, communication skills, or ability to stay focused on the issues that would be required in a professional role. Their behavior and lack of decorum in this debate suggests they would be unfit to represent an organization or business in a professional capacity. The debate transcript reveals a lack of maturity, professionalism and seriousness from both Biden and Trump that would disqualify them from being hired for most professional positions. Their conduct does not align with the standards expected in a professional workplace environment.
