@British_Airways I have now waited another month and still no contact from British airways. It is impossible to speak to anyone on the phone and no one responds to emails. When will I receive the compensation I am entitled to?
@British_Airways do you ever respond to compensation requests and expenses? I received my complaint number 3 months ago now however have yet to hear anything about my flight that you cancelled and still waiting compensation
@British_Airways I have submitted a claim for my cancelled flight 6 weeks ago however have heard nothing back. Your call centres do not answer the phone and live chat state they can’t talk about complains. Can someone please respond?
@virginmedia is there any way of actually speaking to someone instead of being cut off with the same ‘sorry goodbye’ message. Every option on your call service has been used and ends the same. Customer service is appalling!
@DHLParcelUK after trying numerous times to get in touch regarding an order that was meant to be delivered days ago. Is there any way that someone can find out what has happened to it. Tracking number is 41718920000330. Maybe I won’t be completely ignored this way.
