Here’s the truth, from 2017 to 2023 $1.1 billion was spent on housing the refugee claimants.

In the 2024 budget $1.1 billion has been allocated for the next three years.

Liberals have stated it will end after that, those funds will be fully spent as stated.

Liberals state that they will not renew this program after 2026/2027.

It’s not right to paint a large swath of the population as batshit crazy and crackpots and this also includes Quebec.

We have seen the support for separation wane and ebb with the political winds as seen by the performance of the Bloc Québécois.

Currently, the 18-34 age group is polling at 50% in Quebec and antagonist comments like these only tend to inflame the situation.
