[JCaple @JackCaple]

@TravelRepublic @1986myers7 @sophiengx We are flying on Friday. You have told us the holiday is going ahead yet the hotel is saying it isn’t opening until the 1st of August. I’ve DM’d you numerous times, can you please respond

[Megan 🌼 @MeganCaple22]

Very disappointment with the customer service received from @TravelRepublic
Leaving a week today, hotel closed and zero communication from them only that the ‘holiday is going ahead as planned’ when clearly it isn’t. I need to know what’s going on with my holiday!! 🤬

[Megan 🌼 @MeganCaple22]

@TravelRepublic well done @TravelRepublic responding to customers who’s flights don’t leave for another two months but ignoring those who have bookings that are in days!! Talk about prioritising 👏🏼👏🏼

[JCaple @JackCaple]

@TravelRepublic @TravelRepublic CAN YOU PLEASE RESPOND URGENTLY!!!

[JCaple @JackCaple]

@TravelRepublic Hi we’ve been informed that our holiday is going ahead but looking at the hotels website (occidental margaritas GC) they are saying that they are shut on the date we are going, which is next week (24/07/2020). Urgent response needed, I’ve dm’d you my reference.
