Player Spotlight: Jack Kitchens

@JackKitchens08 is a 2026 OLB/LS who is the heartbeat of our defense. Put him inside or outside and he'll dominate. His ability to read an offense and put himself in the best position to make a play is what makes him a staple for our success. His long snapping ability also makes him a steal for anybody that recruits him. Coaches, you need this guy on your roster. If you don't get him, someone else will!!

Discipline in regards to the things we do are an important part of being a successful football team, but self- discipline is just as important. When there's something you know you're supposed to do that you really don't want to do, the question is can you make yourself do it? Self discipline also refers to things we know we're not supposed to do as well. Can you keep yourself from doing the wrong things? Can you make yourself not skip a rep or take a few plays off when you're tired?
Life will always throw things our way that cause us to ask ourselves those two questions. Football is the same way. Can you make yourself do what you know you're supposed to do even though you know it's going to hurt? What about when you know it's going to be difficult? What you do in those moments will define what kind of person and athlete you are. Be disciplined in everything you do whether it's in the weight room, the field, or the classroom. YOU get to choose who you are! Choose to be a CHAMPION today!
