@William09509617 Yea I think it would be safe to say this process has drastically changed especially considering it is pre linkedin. Still, I think you can utilize the advice to use to your advantage for the algorithm, like recognizing key words from job postings and matching them in your resume

#RHUB305 Bissonnetes piece really emphasized the importance of tailoring resumes to different employers, and I found the bit on focusing on experiences that saved past employers money/time very compelling. Plan on using this piece as a guide for updating my resume.

#RHUB305 I was under the impression that APA format includes an abstract so a little confused that the APA sample doesn't have one. Also, I found it interesting how Professor Hubbard was able to write a 23-page essay with only a few sources.
