@Ask_Spectrum When I pay for 1GB up and only receive, on average, 600 to 700 Mbps, can I, in turn, only pay you 60 to 70% of the bill since you failed to deliver what was promised? Contractually, that seems equitable, right? I pay for the service I got vs. a predetermined price?
