@tiredtyrant I think that this is better than nothing. It is good to start in a state that already has access to lots of electric cars and chargers. This won’t hurt the climate and if people can be willing to try this, it will be effective.

If Natives are dropping out of high school, how is leaving education up to them going to increase graduation rates? I think this will have the opposite effect.
