@symon_ben @EReunis @DFTBubbles Absolutely! What gets overlooked most is the hidden transaction cost in each moment of changing roles. For every ‘costume change’ there is a significant time/cognitive/communication cost directed away from patient care that needs to be weighed up against the benefits.
