Please explain why Clay Holmes was pulled after only 78 pitches. He got into trouble but at give him an opportunity to get out of it instead of going to Thielbar. Counsell is obsessed with matches bcz his iPad tells him it favors his pitcher. Dude has no feel for the game #cubs

Things keeping this #Cubs team from reaching the next level:

1. Ian Happ - poor plate discipline & hitting, slumps too often. Waiting on him to break out of slumps isn’t the best choice.

2. Catching - Carson Kelly is an excellent catcher. The depth (Amaya) isn’t good and defense is not good.

3. Strikeouts - Too many strikeouts in clutch situations. Failing to do simple situational hitting.

4. Bullpen - lowest pitching WAR in the MLB this season, worst bullpen, cannot close games.
