Motherhood has been joy, grief, chaos, laughter, and endless love.
Today I’m grateful for my spouse, my two kids, my two angel babies, and the cat who believes this house belongs to him. 🐈
Ending Mother’s Day with homemade steak, rice, and Brussels sprouts. Feeling very loved.
Sometimes I wish DID didn’t cause me to act like a child randomly throughout the day, and that it would just be easy to help our younger parts heal and have time for themselves at appropriate times and places, but then I remember it’s called a ‘DISorder’, and not an ‘IN order’.
Things I did today instead of doomscrolling
1. Had a little nap in bed
2. Played Persona Five Royal
3. Visited an old friend
4. Painted my nails
5. Dumpster Diving | found a king size bed set and a perfectly good cat litter pan that looks like an early 90s pastel doll house
The hardest scene to write in The Man Who Traveled Through Time wasn’t the time travel.
It was the miscarriage scene, inspired by my own loss in 2014.
Even in 2026, it still hurts.

@filer0040 Trace other people’s art with tracing paper. Look for the shapes that make up what your drawing. The triangle missing a section. The almost a square. The three or five circles overlapped to make the outline of a bush. 🤷
March was the plan.
The courts had openings.
So next week I stand up and ask the world to call me what I already am.
This name already fits. I’ve already been living it. 🖤
