@narendramodi Hon’ble Prime Minister Modi ji, I beg you to intervene urgently regarding neuro torture and concerns about the misuse of AI and advanced technologies. I and my family am bieng tortured in my home by criminals with access to these weapons.Ordinary citizens lack the technical expertise to trace these unidentified individuals with access to these advanced technologies and they are also operating from unknown locations. Despite approaching the police, courts and human rights authorities, i am not getting any help as they lack the technical knowledge and skill in this area of advanced neuro technologies.
@UN @NeuroBioEthics have some knowledge in this area.
Can you please help intervene and ask the government ministries to take their assistance and help civilans like me who are tortured in a similar manner.
