I found myself struggling in clinic when encountering a patient with dementia. It was very challenging to keep them on task and focusing on the treatment session, especially when trying to walk in an open environment with many distractions #CCIVc2023

@annamillerspt Wow, that’s very different from OP! I am in a SNF currently and my CI sees patients for about 55 minutes each. Crazy how much variability there is among settings #CCIVc2023

I was surprised most in clinic by how motivated and driven all of the older patients in the SNF were to get stronger and healthier to improve their quality of life, especially after having such a tough year during the COVID pandemic #CCIVc2023
