Yesterday I had the pleasure of shooting some longbows made by @JackPinson from living longbows a master bowyer (bow maker). I myself normally shoot barebow but i have roots in traditional archery and it was a great feeling to shoot a style like that again. Check it out!

“After the Budget yesterday, just taxing the hole off people and then patting yourselves on the back for it, it just doesn’t work for me.”

Dermot does not hold back on the budget

@jamspangle Just seen it now. Anthony Power (also pictured) will be representing Ireland fighting in the 1v1 sword and shield tournament in Denmark soon

.@JackPinson wondering how he'd fare with a longbow vs musket.

We've established our camp site within the outer walls of Malbork castle, just ourselves & the Danes at the moment.

Didn't get to do our fighting unfortunately, were struggling just to walk in the heavy rain. 28 hours in armour over 3 days takes its toll.

If you need anything printed in Galway visit isupply! Great bunch of lads!

@Armoured_Combat We had a fine view from the top. Getting up the narrow spiral stairs was tricky in full armour!

@KehlanK Here is a stunt I am planning for next week: https://t.co/ZsgUfXnPSY. Might be something to put in a show.
