I raced in my first 25mile TT tonight. I was pleased with a time of 54mins but feel like thereโs still room for improvement. I finished 6th out of 38 in a good quality field including lots of GB Paralympic athletes heading to Tokyo!

I finished my first ever middle distance triathlon yesterday. The swim was cancelled due to fog. I enjoyed the bike, maybe went a little too hard at the start of the bike. I finished 33rd out of 873 but was 14th after the bike so a bit disappointed with the run.

@worldtriathlon Leeds triathlon - finished 6th/38 in my age group. The swim and bike felt good but struggled a bit on the run with my breathing and blisters from not doing my trainers up fully in T2. Possibly went a bit too hard on the bike.

Eton Dorney triathlon world qualifier. 3rd/8 in my age group. I felt strong on all 3 disciplines. Ideally Iโd have gone a bit quicker on the run but still pleased.

@BUCSsport sprint triathlon. It was a tough, cold 750m swim. The 25k bike was meant to be non-drafting but everyone was drafting so I didnโt make back as much time as normal. The 5k run felt good and I finished 29th/187 in a good quality field.

@trisocietyuk Clumber Park Duathlon - finished 1st under 25 and 6th overall. Pleased with that for my first proper race since November last year. The run was a bit of a cross country route but was enjoyable. Bike felt strong. Nice to be back in a competitive setting.

A great 100k ride yesterday - high zone 2 and the legs felt superb. Unfortunately got stung on the lip by a bee 30mins into the ride so felt like Iโd had Botox for the rest of the ride.
I finished the day off with my best swim for a while as well so, overall, a great day.
