Really struggling with how to manage and motivate a team during holidays and at the same time give each member their well deserved break. Also in the back of my mind knowing there is an important deadline coming up that is glaring at me like a deer in headlights. Help.
5/ Finally, getting our MVP out the door required a lot of hard work and persistence. We faced countless setbacks, challenges, and obstacles along the way. So many in fact, that I felt we were a cursed company. It's not easy, but with determination and hard work, we did it.
1/ Starting my own company has been an incredibly rewarding experience, but it has also been incredibly challenging, especially as a first-time founder. One of the biggest challenges my co-founders and I faced is getting our MVP out the door.
Another challenge we continue to face is finding the right balance between simplicity and complexity. Striking this balance can be difficult, especially as first-time founders who did not have a lot of experience in product development.
Just getting the chance to check out OpenAI and I’m speechless. This is going to totally change the education landscape. I sincerely wonder how institutions will come up with a way to hinder students from using this.
@mceeapp’s real first public beta is tonight. I’m nervous to say the least but it’s been a long time coming. Never thought this day would come, but excited to see what the future holds for the team.
For the past 6 weeks, I’ve had the privilege of building and leading @StartatShea first open incubator called The Lab. One of the biggest takeaways I’ve learned from this experience is how there is really no clear cut playbook on how to start a company. Life would be so easier.
