@Kimi_Moonshot I am formally requesting cancellation and a full refund of my annual Max subscription, which is still in its first month.
This is not a change-of-mind request. After no more than six comparable PowerPoint tasks, 47% of one month’s quota was consumed. The logs show that the system autonomously launched numerous subagents, conducted redundant analysis and QA, created unrequested auxiliary files, and repeatedly attempted to use a converter already known to be unavailable. Even after I imposed strict limits, the latest task remained undelivered after more than 62 minutes.
I could not reasonably foresee or control this level of quota consumption. Nor was I provided with an itemised explanation of how autonomous subagents and tool operations would be charged. The service therefore does not perform, in cost or workflow, as I reasonably understood when purchasing the annual plan.
Please cancel the subscription and refund the annual charge. If a full refund is refused, I request a prorated refund for the unused remainder of the annual term. Please escalate this request to a billing supervisor and provide a written decision. Merely disabling future renewal would not resolve my request.

An update on my Kimi PPT task:
After 121 minutes, I still received no PPTX and no usable deliverable.
When I asked why, Kimi explained that it had:
deployed 4 generation agents;
assigned 20 slides to each agent as YAML;
run a QA agent with about 64 tool calls;
discovered that its own kimi-slides CLI was broken;
written replacement scripts;
rendered 80 slides;
inspected 6 overview sheets and 17 individual slides;
reused an unnecessarily heavy QA process from my previous task, despite my explicit request for fast, controlled delivery.
Kimi admitted:
“I copied the Week 05 QA standard over as-is and did not simplify it for your ‘fast delivery’ requirement.”
At the time I stopped the task:
QA was still incomplete;
slide 15 still had a known content error;
the “80 generated slides” were only internal page/YAML files;
nothing had been delivered to me.
Then Kimi told me the remaining fix would take “one minute.”
A system that had already spent 121 minutes, used 4 generation agents plus a 64-call QA workflow, and still delivered nothing—promising “one more minute.”
That may be the clearest summary of my experience with this annual subscription.
