In 2017/18, Wales raised £27 billion in taxes which went to the UK treasury in London.

It is bad governance to tell the people of Wales that taxes raised in Wales is returned to us as charity.

Also: Wales should have had £10bn in CoVid funding as % of UK population NOT 4.4bn.
