I’ve watched this man consistently work tirelessly, selflessly, and dutifully to serve his players, their families, and his community since he first moved to KY 12 years ago. He’s always done so with grace and humility. When I say work I mean NON-STOP. Everything he has implemented has been mission driven since day one. That’s from flag football, to middle school, to JV, to Varsity. Chad has always been firm that the goal isn’t to win (let alone a state championship), but rather to positively impact as many young men as possible by preparing them to for life after football. Deliberately instilling his program’s core values into the boys’ daily lives guiding them to become the best people they can be. It’s pure and it’s wonderful. Chad is the first one there each day and the last one left picking up trash or whatever is needed each and every night. He’s never been too good to do the little things or the dirty work. Big or small, he just gets the job done. He respects everyone he meets equally. Coach values people. His impact, work ethic, and love for the kids is only out matched by his wonderful wife, Robin. Literally cannot think of anyone more deserving for this award. Congrats, Coach!!
