@SW_Help Well it’s common sense 30 degrees so aircon but wait actually we won’t make sure our customers are safe and happy who are paying overpriced train tickets. But no we don’t care we’ll make sure that they have an not so enjoyable journey when they paying

@SW_Help I’m on the train to Bournemouth the 9:49 train from Basingstoke to Weymouth and Poole and there’s no aircon absolute joke it’s boiling in here and you can’t even put the aircon especially when I’m paying £24 for a ticket I expect aircon

@SW_Help how long till I get my taxi refunded I’ve been waiting a week and half now it’s a bit long especially as I’m in need of the money back also I’ve tried calling customer service but have had to wait 30min twice so I just hung up need to sort out the wait time

@SW_Help Ok I’ve tried calling but both times I’ve had to wait over 30mins which is unacceptable I understand to potentially be waiting a bit but not 30mins I have work so it’s hard to eat long just for a 30sec chat
