My parents teachings and experiences could never override my experiences with taxes, police, the ineptitude of government services, government regulations of my small business, the sloth of my friends.

@robkhenderson My dad’s father left his family at 2 and he had 5 step fathers by age 18.

My parents were college grads, lawyer and Fortune 500 CIO.

He gave me blue collar empathy, but my low income friends showed me IQ shapes life.

I don’t think my politics are affected by my parents at all.
