Today we had a special guest visit from Darryl McDaniels of Run-DMC, who read his children’s book, Darryl’s Dream, to our students. He was fantastic, full of energy and truly engaging throughout the reading. He also shared his rap poem, which can be found at the end of the book.

What an amazing night at our Pre-K–2 Literacy Night! We welcomed over 500 families, and everyone had a wonderful time. Here we are, the team proudly representing our School 4 family.

So many ways to practice our doubles facts and mental math skills! We used manipulatives, writing strategies, and dot models to find sums. There’s a lot of learning happening in different styles in Mrs. Medina’s class we love to differentiate! #school4
