Democrats aren’t blocking anything. Republicans are in charge of congress right now. It’s their burden to get enough votes to pass their own bill. I would think that they would be attempting to compromise right now, but we all know that this is part of their insane plan to invoke Project 2025. Let’s see how they live with their legacy.

George Floyd was a victim of police brutality. He symbolizes what happens with police officers are not properly trained and when they lack a moral compass. Charlie Kirk was a racist, sexist bigot who welcomed gun violence. Neither man should have been murdered—but Charlie Kirk will never fit in my definition of a saint no matter how hard you try with these ridiculous comparisons.
