@explorethe61293@glenhilts@twinautismmom B = Jews in Poland
K = Poland in Europe
T = Jews in Europe
B ∧ K ∧ T = 1
If Jews are in Poland, and Poland is in Europe, then there are European Jews. This is something the whole thread agrees on.
@RealNetTechNerd@williamkeeler@EvanAKilgore No, the largest group of Israelis are actually people with Moroccan ancestry. Ashkenazi Jews are around 32% of the population. Source: https://t.co/EuwoioBYnM
@ltb369@Laurent_Guyenot M = has jewish mom
C = converts to Judaism
J = Jew
J ≡ M ∨ C
He’s somewhat right given accepted converts are Jews.
The claim you made is on average false with most Ashkenazim who have significant middle eastern and southern European ancestry.
@DannyKPolitics@seethroughit2@Americaonly9 A = Ashkenaz in Germany
B = Ashkenaz in Russia
A ∧ ¬ B = ⟙
Ashkenaz was actually the name for Germany, not Khazaria, so we can agree that premise was false.
D = dna testing illegal
D = ⟘
That premise is false, a court order is needed for paternity testing.
@GroyperGreg@Mufasa_DeLeon H = Jews in Germany
B = Germany in Europe
G = Germany in the Middle East
H ∧ B ∧ ¬ G= 1
There are and were European Jews and Germany is not in the Middle East.
@JRGreen2118@pmclauth@onlmaps Mostly the United States due to acceptance after WWII and that’s about it. If you look outside of the US the amount of Jews globally is tiny and Jews have mostly been ethnically cleansed from everywhere. So you’re missing that the half mostly live in the one country that didn’t.
@MAGAmilita@BigbiYahuwitz@americanus_cpqa There’s no real evidence to confirm that or that this has even changed. This is simply the OMB that doesn’t actually have a Caucasian category
@KlattsBurner1@Dyg1231979@JamesPGoddard90 This is a common misconception that was started by religious fanatics but as we can see and agree it actually just refers to one who speaks a language that belongs to the Semitic language family like Hebrew or Arabic.
@GVbleach333@elaruuian Ashkenazi Jews are overwhelmingly semites since the term just refers to a language family they wrote in and prayed in for centuries.
@_Sohrab_@davidboxenhorn@maxui@VerminusM There are unique peoplehoods though, such as Judeans, that kept very distinct practices for thousands of years and had a real kingdom. Not every group in the ME is the same. Judeans have a distinct peoplehood that exists through today.
@ve53831@Natalia10030263 I have done research and Yiddish is a Germanic language that originated in the Rhineland and didn’t gain Slavic influence until later. The word Ashkenaz was literally the name of the rhine area, not Turkey.
