Hi @AmazonHelp and @USPS: My order was supposed to arrive by today. It arrived at the Baltimore facility yesterday morning (I could walk there if I wanted to), but then USPS sent it to the wrong carrier facility, and now it’s not expected until June 2. This is too late for me.
I’m an understanding person but this is unacceptable. The reason I order through @amazon and not via direct sites is because I try to avoid shipping from @USPS as much as possible. My package was in Baltimore - where I live - yesterday morning, but today it’s across the state.
Hi @USPSHelp my @amazon package which was to arrive today but was sent to the wrong carrier facility by @USPS, is now saying it will not arrive until 6/2 which is too late. My tracking hasn’t updated since 7:56am & your phone line says I have 50 mins until next rep available.
I almost paid extra for one-day shipping rather than using the free two-day shipping via Prime. So glad I didn’t waste that extra money, since it probably still would have been delivered incorrectly.
There also hasn’t been a single tracking update since 7:56am. I ordered through @amazon instead of the product site because I trusted it to arrive on time rather than getting sent through @USPS, which is consistently disappointing.
