@lillka1987 @IncognitoEagle They are not yet bringing IT systems up. They are able to do completions for those that have already exchanged only. Nothing has changed in that respect.

@lillka1987 @IncognitoEagle This is not true. They are still down l, still unable to do anything for anyone that has not exchanged and no dates for when they may be up and running.
