@British_Airways Just landed in Phoenix from Heathrow and one of the bags I checked in is ‘Delayed’ and hasn’t arrived in Phoenix. Please help me, I’ve just moved out here and half of my stuff is now missing!

@British_Airways Hi Neil, thanks for the reply, just out of curiosity, as this has never happened to me before. Roughly how long after the bag arriving into Phoenix (or any airport) will it be updated on the portal and delivery be planned for?

@British_Airways Okay thank you Kit, do you know if there’s a number for PHX that I can call to ask about my bag, like the BA desk or maybe an office team? It’s around $30 each way in an uber to get to and from the airport so I’d rather ring ahead to see if they know any more?

@British_Airways Thank you for the response kit, I’ve been refreshing the tracer since I saw the plane land, it’s just making me so anxious as the tracker said it was going to be on today’s flight to Phoenix. I’ve moved to the other side of the world and half of my belongings are missing

@British_Airways Hi Kit, I appreciate the response but BA is the one who delayed my bag, and the team can’t even tell me if my bag is still at Heathrow, let alone got on the plane or arrived in Phoenix, I don’t see how this is on the team at Phoenix airport at all??

@British_Airways Thank you for the reply, if British airways have the bag, would you say that it’s likely to be put on tomorrow’s (30th Jan) BA 289 flight so it’s with me with within the next 24 hours? It’s such a large amount of clothes and uniform that I now don’t have with me!

@iLepikVonWiren @flightradar24 I believe it’s an optional extra on the A350, some airlines use it and some don’t. But even if Air France don’t have it, that would be even more reason to hold for longer to burn the fuel to reach the maximum landing weight! :)
