Something was special about this team! Great throw...great catch...great blocking....kids will remember that one a long time!

[Noah Taylor @ByNoahTaylor]

@Jacksboro_Fball was on the ropes late against Dayton City, but a defensive stand gave the Eagles’ offense one more chance with 20 seconds left in a 6-6 game.

“At least we got balls.” —@CoachChadwell, coach of the Chanticleers after their win over BYU, on the lead up to the game. And this, ladies and gents, is why this fellow Jacksboro Middle School alum is destined for greatness. Plain talk and the coaching to back it up.

You don't always get the result you want. Eagles fall to Lake City in the Championship. We can't thank the 8th graders enough for what they did for our program! Thanks to all the parents for their dedication to our program! This program appreciates everyone's hard work! GO EAGLES

“He wants the ball, he wants the challenge.”

On a night where @Jacksboro_Fball QB Landen Hensley helped his team earn a spot in the championship game, he also earned his own spot in program history.
