I am so proud of @JacksonBullis2 and all he accomplished in his high school career. He has meant more than I can explain to the @HamptonHawksFB program the last three years.

It was so great to get the opportunity to watch him take the football field one final time tonight. And of course he went out making big plays, like he has the last four years for Hampton.

I wish him all the best as he now heads to the Marines to serve his country.

After a streak of 11 years without a playoff appearance, we’re now on the list of longest consecutive playoff appearances in six-man! #SOAR

There are 14 teams in Six-Man with a winning record over the past 5 years. Hampton is one of those teams.

This is after having 11 straight non-winning seasons from 2011-2021.

We’ve now had 3 straight winning seasons (going 16-11) with 3 straight playoff appearances.

I couldn’t be more excited about the direction this program is headed. #SOAR

Two years ago I had the opportunity to speak at the @NebraskaCoach Football Clinic about building a culture in a high school football program. It allowed me to reflect on lessons I've learned from my 18 years as a head coach.

I’ve turned that clinic presentation into a book, “Culture: The Fourth Phase of Football”.

The book is not a one-size-fits-all guide but a resource for coaches looking for ideas and strategies to adapt and apply in their programs. It emphasizes creating an environment where players are motivated, accountable, and committed to achieving team goals.

My hope, as it is with the players I work with every day, is that I can give you the tools to be successful and help you reach your goals. That is why I coach and that is why I wrote this book.

Congrats to all the players who were selected for the 2024 Nebraska Six-Man Coaches Association All-State Team. There is a lot of talent in six-man football this season. Special shoutout to our district, D6-3, who earned 8 of the 24 1st and 2nd team spots. #SOAR

The Nebraska D6-3 All-District Football Team

Congrats to senior RB @JacksonBullis2 on being named 1st Team All-District RB. On the season, Jack rushed for 1,260 yards and 19 TD on 119 carries. He also caught 11 passes for 335 yards and 5 TD and was 11/18 passing for 180 yards and 3 TD. He scored 152 points this season.
