@RoverDotCom I’ve followed up via DM and was told this cannot be escalated further.

My profile is only visible under the “low acceptance rate” filter, so standard customers can’t find me.

This appears to be a visibility issue rather than performance, and remains unresolved.

@RoverDotCom @aaroneasterly I’m a 5⭐ sitter (27 reviews, repeat clients) but only appear in search if “low acceptance rate” is selected. I decline only when not a good fit.
Support hasn’t resolved this after multiple attempts.This is impacting my bookings. Can this be escalated?

@RoverDotCom Still not appearing in search unless “low acceptance rate” is selected, so clients can’t see me.
Not receiving requests, so I can’t improve acceptance rate.
Please escalate this as a visibility issue for technical review.
