As a junior, he had 400+ receiving yards at WR, 22 tackles/4 INT/4 PBU at DB, and a FG long of 40 yds at kicker.

Brody Hayes of Clay Center was a huge part of their post season run last fall and expecting a big senior season. Defensively, he lead the Tigers in tackles with 105 and added 8 pass breakups. Offensively, Hayes had 1,499 all-purpose yards and 17 touchdowns.
Hayes is the only 3A First-Team All-State selection at DB returning this fall.
