Jackson Gilkey spent last season at Weber State and two seasons at UTSA (2023-24). Last year, he started the first five games at QB before suffering a season-ending injury.
Gilkey threw for 693 yards and four touchdowns, rushing for 227 yards and one touchdown. He threw for 218 yards and a touchdown in Weber State’s win at McNeese, adding 114 rush yards with a 50-yard TD run.
