I am Dr. Risper Wambua, a Senior Medical Officer trained at the University of Nairobi (Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery), duly licensed by the Government of Kenya with six years of post internship clinical practice.

In light of the ongoing public discussions regarding the reported HIV seroreversions associated with the Ministry of Repentance and Holiness church, I undertook an independent professional review of the medical documentation submitted by the Ministry.

Based on this clinical assessment, it is my considered view that the matter goes beyond informal testimony or unverified assertions. The documentation presented reflects a level of medical completeness and longitudinal consistency that warrants serious scientific attention.

Having examined the available evidence from a clinical perspective, I acknowledge that these findings challenge conventional scientific frameworks and merit rigorous external evaluation.
