Roe was overturned a year ago today. Anti-abortion extremists have waged a ceaseless effort to ban abortion and restrict essential sexual and reproductive health services. No one, not the government, not politicians, not the Supreme Court, should prevent access to abortion, birth control, and contraceptives.
For more than three decades, Pearl Jam has supported the freedom to choose and won’t stop now. Join in supporting Planned Parenthood which has actively mobilized supported communities in need and continuously fights back against anti-abortion extremists. https://t.co/QA8RhCTN9A
People should have the FREEDOM to choose. @PPact
@jenloving23 It is exhausting and demoralizing. I grew up poor but never felt poor. I had a community. Not criminals. Just poor. When will the criminalization of poor people stop? When will they understand the problem starts and ends with affordable housing. #morehousingisbetter#tired

Today I stood with my friend and colleague Rebecca Garcia from @CityofMorganHil to celebrate the groundbreaking of Royal Oaks. We shared the story of how we started working together and our dream of building #agworkerhousing. That dream is finally a reality, 30 units coming soon.
Since many unhoused people have addiction or mental health issues, some people argue housing won’t end homelessness.
Bulletin: It’s really freaking hard to get well on the streets. And even if you can, you're still homeless.
Services get you well.
Housing ends homelessness.
To be formerly unhoused is to be the subject of continual scrutiny, stuck in a system meant to ensure the recipient of other people’s generosity remains “deserving” of it. https://t.co/lyDmOsWg7e
Our @sccgov Supportive Housing System (public and private leaders all working together) have permanently housed 4,886 people in the last 18 months. This is on top of hotels, temporary shelters, rent relief, etc. This is 4,886 adults and kids who are no longer on our streets. 1/
@PadmaLakshmi Lame - and so disappointing. Top Chef there were options. You could of edited the finale and awarded it to one of the remaining chefs. It is even more disgusting after hearing Gabe talk about his family through out the season.
Thinking about building an #ADU or have started the process in @CityofSanJose? Please take this survey! We'd like to hear about your experiences so we can improve services.
