@pranaykotas 2 & 3 are very interesting debates especially in the context of India- the idea of justice, development and equity is well ingrained in them ( not saying the others aren’t significant, but these struck a chord)
I had similar experience at VNIT Nagpur, where we could cycle to any place on campus. With very limited motor vehicles, this was basically a cycling highway.!
